Product Spotlight V8 TRIO |

Agrolux Systems has recently introduced the V8 TRIO. This 8" air cooled reflector sets bar for the rest of the industry. The very large 27" x 27" opening allows for coverage of ~ 4' x 4' area at 1.5' above the canopy. The true advantage of an air cooled reflector is the ability of having a close proximity to the top of the canopy. This close distance minimizes light loss due to distance. Our large reflector is engineered for maximum coverage in close proximately to the canopy. The V8 TRIO socket assembly allows for placement of three lamps in parallel. Now you can run multi kelvin lamps and reap the benefits of mixed spectrum.
The V8 TRIO incorporates side out glass which provides easy access to the lamp once the reflector is installed. Other manufacturers have glass that slides out inline with the reflector making maintenance extremely difficult once installed. The glass needs to come out the side so that it does not get jammed up by the ducting. We receive numerous complaints about the “design” of competitor’s inline glass and how it is very difficult to do simple maintenance such as changing the lamp.
